During our initial intake session we work together with our clients to understand their brand, their culture, their community, and the problem(s) we are trying to solve. We define what success means to our client and establish SMART goals.

A SMART goal is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time Bound.

Development & implementation

We develop and implement a unique action plan including, specific assets, tools, and deliverables designed to help our clients achieve their SMART goals and success metrics.

Analyze, Evaluate & Adapt

We analyze established data points and success metrics, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to increase performance results. We believe regular data driven feedback and adaptability are critical for long term success.

Philip Dow

Founder & CEO

  • Philip has more than 16 years experience in the Food & Beverage Industry, received a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management & Beverage Management from Florida International University, and has held roles including Mixologist, General Manager, and Director. His work experience in local bars & restaurants, MGM Resorts International, and Johnson Brothers of Nevada, has given him knowledge in; operational & financial management, project management, training & education, sales & marketing, cocktail & menu development, and human resources.

Gregory Rodriguez

Co-Founder & Creative Director

  • Gregory has more than 14 years experience in the Food & Beverage Industry, received a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management & Beverage Management from Florida International University, and has held roles including Mixologist, Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Assistant General Manager. He has worked for local bars & restaurants throughout Miami and Las Vegas, The Downtown Project, MGM Resorts International, and was twice named World Class Bartender of the Year Top 50 in the US. This experience has given Gregory knowledge in; cocktail & menu development, training & education, marketing, operational & financial management , and human resources.

Our Foundation

During their professional careers both Gregory & Philip have spent time working in Miami Florida & Las Vegas Nevada. They have had work featured in publications including; Las Vegas Review Journal, Miami New Times, MGM's Mlife Magazine, LA Times, Bon Appetit, and Forbes. They have worked with brands including; Proximo, Diageo, Campari, Red Bull, Bacardi, and the National Restaurant Association to develop cocktail recipes and consumer events. They have created cocktails featured at; MGM Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, The Venetian Resort, Yardhouse, The Foundation Room, and various local and regional bars & restaurants throughout Miami & Las Vegas. Now Gregory & Philip bring together their experience and creativity to change the way we think about beverage consulting, to engage and connect brands, clients, and communities.
